Order Process & Payments

To ensure each item is handmade with care and precision, we require a 50% deposit on orders over $50 before starting production. Once the deposit is received, we begin crafting your item with the attention it deserves. The balance is due upon completion of the item before shipment.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because each headband is custom-made and carefully crafted, we do not accept refunds once the production of your order has started. Please review your order details and confirm sizing or style preferences before making the deposit.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After production has begun, we're unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.
